  Great experience here with Ted! I started off using a credit union who couldn't produce what we needed in any realistic time frame. Three weeks into escrow we made the decision to change lenders and let Ted take things into his own hands (I wish I started here in the first place). Best decision ever! He got our appraisal done super fast and got everything in order to close the deal in time. The communication and professionalism was perfect in my books. I would recommend Ted and his team any day of the week!

Whenever we started to panic and question what the heck we were doing, Ted was there to reassure us. He listened to our concerns and questions, and always answered honestly. We felt so at ease with Ted in our corner. We would recommend him and his team to anyone that ever asked for a recommendation.
