  Appointment required for in-branch notary service, free for account holders. Made appointment online via the website and could book as soon as the next day. Notary was on time, polite and professional. Took about 15 minutes to get one piece of paper notarized. Facility requires masks, social distancing, and diligently wipes down desk space between customers. Desk shields and barriers at counters. Hand sanitizer stations at entrance.

  Very nice bank to work with. They greet you at the door and welcome you right away and ask what type of help do you need. EVERY teller is amazing to work with...super easy and quick. Thanks so much for being amazing.

  In all my years of using banks the my best decision was when I decided to transfer my accounts to Redwood Credit. Security is great nothing escapes them they are always in the look out for bogus charges they always call you right away. I have been with them for over 20 years.

  So much better than the big banks. I was a Wells Fargo customer since 1992. In 2018 I moved and took that opportunity to finally leave them behind. So crooked, so rotten are all of those big banks. Now I am a "member" of this wonderful little bank and I couldn't be happier. Okay, they could loose a 1/4 star for their online banking format (very confusing) but the Mobile app is perfect so never mind. :)

  Been banking with redwood for many years, and got no notice of them changing their hours, closing at 5 mon. to fri. and 2 on Sat. come on redwood how are people supposed to do any banking after work.
