  I’m a small business owner and just recently decided to open a business account at this branch. Literally the next day I needed help, called for the guy who opened it and he was busy. I was told I’d get a call back, and did not. The following day I went into the branch to get help and my account manager was on the phone. A note was passed to him to give me a call when he was free. Nothing. Still no callback. It’s about how many accounts per month they have to open. Once your account is open and they get the credit. Nobody at this branch cares. They’re just trying to make quotas to keep their jobs… it’s a systemic problem that goes all the way to the top.

  Spatial Awareness within your branch. I was making a deposit/payment of $4.1K for my credit card. Unfortunately, the lady ahead of me had many different deposits to make, including a large quantity of coins. This transaction required over 5 minutes to navigate, and included the need to bring a second person into the teller windows to correct some type of error. This branch has two teller windows, but the second person that came into the teller area not only looked directly at me, but left without providing any assistance to me. Now, my transaction, when my turn finally came up, took 17 seconds to complete. I would have liked if anyone in the bank would have taken the time to assists me, beyond the one single teller on duty. It is a shame that all of the other people in the bank (I saw 5 people), felt it was beneath them to do teller work. In my mind, money is money, and all people that work in the bank are sales people and need to think that way. If your bank does not want my money, I am sure another bank would.

  I am a private client. I called several time last 2 weeks. They never called me back. I totally understand how busy during this time in pandemic. But still , they should respond or at least call back and explain just once.

  Very modern setup with multiple touch screen indoor ATMs as well as an ATM outside. There are also two booths for tellers and a few small offices for financial consultations

  After 30 min of waiting for a banker I watch one banker who refused to help customers spend 5 min on his phone. If I ran my business this way, I would be out of business.

  Great bank. They even have a no limit account for military and waive the service fee.
