      I've been with Redwood Credit Union for 20 years. Even with 15 banks in Mill Valley, I would drive to San Rafael because redwood Credit Union was that good. When they opened their branch in Mill Valley, I was thrilled. And I could not be happier with the service, hours, and help they provide. In the 40+ years I have lived in California, I tried at least a dozen banks--big ones, small ones, highly recommended ones. Redwood Credit Union has them all beat...and it isn't even close.

      Yes, it is tucked away in the Whole Foods Shopping Center and is a real gem. Consumer Reports gave RCC high scores - so I started with them. I am a fan. Today Kaylene assisted me with a project - she was a delight to deal with - answered all my questions - assisted me with Debit Card. Best Credit Union!

      I am a new member of the RCU. I went in and my Member Service Representative Sami Gowara was very helpful, he answered all my questions and I left feeling very confident in my new credit union. I also met the Branch Manager Wesley Purvis who welcomed me to the credit union and gave me his card and told me if there is anything I need to feel free to call him if Sami is not available. I'm going to love my new credit union!

      I am always greeted with a smile, gracious courteous staff gets to you quickly when needed. They have offered to show my son the ins and outs of banking when I asked if they offered anything like that. Very kind. Bonus, they are so clean about the COVID-19 sanitization protocol. Two thumbs up!

      I am so glad RCU opened a branch in Mill Valley. It makes banking much easier for me. Every time I go into this branch the banking staff are cureous and helpful. My questions are answered and responded to with promptness and precision. Thank you RCU Milly Valley staff!
