      Worst Chase location. There is never anyone in private banking. The same rude employee was there all 3 times I went to link a business account to my private client. With 30 keys dangling from his pants, always inappropriately dressed, unprofessional conduct, a complete turn off to doing business. That is the best Chase can do in Mill Valley. Their loss. Extremely poor customer service so much so that I opened the account at another and closed my private client.

      Really friendly and attentive as soon as you walk in. If you've got business with the teller there's always that odd transition of them having to leave the area to go to some secret backroom lab where the secret moneys are hidden by what I can only image are elves stacking the notes and they're magical and that's why they leave you at that free-standing teller station for a little bit... to keep that magical secret. If you have questions for a banker at the "adult" desk table cubbies - very helpful, kind, and patient. Fun folks to talk to. It's my favorite Chase.
