  Just closed with Reduced Fee Mortgage last week. It was a Streamline mortgage re-fi and the whole process was absolutely painless, Ross, our load consultant did a fantastic job getting us an awesome rate of 2.25%, and kept in contact throughout the entire process. All initial paperwork was handled online and a notary came to our home to close. I can say this was one of the easiest home loan process I have experienced, no stress, no guessing, and did I mention, I got to skip 2 payments right before Christmas. Thanks Ross and Amy!
