  I just want to say what a wonderful experience we had working with Taylor to redeem bonds. She was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We have been with US Bank for years but have other accounts as well. She is a very good reason or example why we have kept our accounts with you.

  Cyndie and Tom (the Branch Manager) are capable, friendly and very professional. They supported me with a very important transaction that had to be completed over the phone and were absolutely amazing! Best. Bank. Ever.

  Seriously, why even have your damn phones on today, if you're just going to have a bunch of rude, condescending battle axes insult paying customers because they're bitter that they have to stay chained to their desks this "holiday" on top of working split days off? The circus act I encountered today better resembles a strip mall on Black Friday than one of the largest banks on the planet! Awesome job reminding the world why your competitiors always best you everyday in every way!!

  ATM took money from me, I took all proof of how much it took. They gave me a partial amount. No one is helpful there. They looked at us like we were criminals. We worked hard for ur money.

  I don’t even have an account here but I cash my checks from work here no charge. I haven’t had to wait a long time when doing this, even on Saturdays.

  Disconnected phone number. Good luck googling their number. Like the -ATM NUMBER WHICH IS NOT THE LOCAL BRANCH.
