  Ellie and Alex helped me to keep my cool and always helped keep my eyes on the prize during this sellers market. Even as someone who has been self employed for over 20 years, the paperwork was still overwhelming at times. There were points when I was ready to just give up but Ellie and Alex never did. We even closed on time which seemed impossible throughout the process. The online document upload and signing saved so much time as well. Their assistant Summer kept all of the paperwork moving. I would not hesitate to recommend this team of pros.

  Did a refinance on a VA loan, Alex was great to work with and was there for every phone call(no matter what time). he was friendly and got me an amazing rate and walked me through every step. I highly recommend him for all veterans. Update 05/24/2022 I have worked with Alex a few times and his team is amazing. they are quick to respond know what they are doing. They have always got me the lowest rate while shopping around. I would recommend Alex and his team @RWB to anybody.   5 stars out of 5 Stars Because I wasn't allowed to give 10 stars but would have if I could have. 5 Stars out of 5 Stars-----We inquired about a refinance on 19 Oct 2020, Alex from Red White & Blue Lending was quick to reply. Not only was Alex's message to us warm and inviting but he was also very professional and provided us with 12 easy to answer questions in order for him to best help us. Unlike all the other companies that contacted us, Alex's response stood out among all the rest and we got a real sense that Alex wasn't in it for him but generally was concerned that we had the best experience possible and that we got the best rate and deal as possible. Throughout the refinance loan process Alex and his wonderful Executive Assistant Summer made our life easy, explained what we had to provide and provided a link and secure site to transfer documents and personal data needed for the loan. Alex and Summer would update us constantly, Alex would make personal phone calls to highlight areas and inform us of the loan process progress on several occasions never leaving us in the dark. Both Alex and Summer are very professional and personable which put us completely at ease. When the best rate came along, Alex called and asked us if we wanted to lock it in, we did. The entire process was simple, easy to upload docs and took around just 30 days to close, in fact Alex called us one evening and informed us that the loan was funded. From start to finish once we decided to go with Red, White & Blue Lending, it took like I said 30 days to fund, fast easy and a great rate on a 15-year loan. Loved the experience and looking forward to making our first payment.   Alex is awesome. This is my first time buying a home and he was so helpful, flexible and knowledgeable during the whole process. He was very proactive and kept me up to date at every step of the way. I got a wonderful rate as well! Additionally, he was flexible and was able to close the deal in 21 days (WOW!). Because of his hard work, as well as Summer's, I was able to get the first home I put an offer on. Seriously, if you want to have a smooth process from start to finish - Alex is your guy!

  Alex Zelada and RWB lending are phenomenal. He helped us with a refinance that ended up saving us over $100,000 on our mortgage and cutting 3 years of the term, for about the same monthly payment. After we had signed loan docs, but right before the loan funded, Fannie Mae reversed a decision to tack on a 0.5% fee on refinanced loans. I was resigned to the idea that we were stuck paying the fee, but Alex moved mountains the next day with the lender to get reimbursed for that fee, and succeeded! It is doubly amazing because it reduced the overall size of our loan further, and was clearly a favor to us at Alex’s expense. I have done multiple mortgages and re-fis over the years, and this is my best experience so far. Alex is trustworthy, his team is meticulous, and RWB provides exceptional service.

  Red White Blue Lending deserves 5 stars! Alex called immediately in response to my inquiry about refinancing our home loan. Rather than ask for a detailed loan application or credit reports right away he provided worksheets with fees and payments for the scenarios I asked for, with only the info I gave him on the phone. What a pleasant surprise! And very different from my experience with other companies. His calls and emails to my questions were timely, short and informative, unlike other agents that use form letters. I was not passed off to someone else in the office and worked directly with him until the loan closed, a little over two weeks after our first conversation. Another promise he kept. The whole process was so simple and easy. I cannot say thank you enough!
