  I did my research on credit repair companies before I used Red Star Credit Consulting. I called several credit repair companies. When I called RSCC I spoke extensively with Shannon. She took her time to explain the entire process with me. If I have a question, she answers in a timely manner or the staff does. The customer service at RSCC is amazing! When she told me what the cost was I was blown away because other places want significantly more for the same service. I'm trying to build my credit not go in debt to increase my credit scores. Before I called I read all the reviews and saw what Ms. Wendy Collier had to say and I researched her specifically. What I found is she is a scam artist. She's been in prison for scamming people so I threw out her review out and went with Red Star Credit Consulting. They're professional & good hearted people with excellent customer service. I have already referred my fiance' to her. I trust her implicitly. My credit scores have gone up quite a bit now. Thank you RSCC for your commitment to your customers.

  Red Star Credit repair is definitely a top tear company to do business with. Myself and wife have been working with “Shannon” for a few months and we have seen a huge jump with our credit scores. I highly highly recommend that you give her a call to get your credit in better shape. I admire the fact that she is about taking care of her people and not giving folks the run around which is a huge plus because that is hard to find in society today. Thank You! Thank You!! They dont just take your payment and forget about you like they did me at the last so called credit repair experts. They have drastically increased my scores and helped me to add new lines of good credit and made the process extremely easy and affordable!   Shannon is very rude! She refused to let me talk and consistently interrupts you mid sentence. Signed up in January and this entire time they had the wrong telephone number for me. i only received the dashboard information after speaking with Shannon on March 17th because i never received my February review which she failed to acknowledge.. Save you money or spend else where because this company is very unprofessional! A waste of time and money!!!! John was probably the only person worth communicating with and he only helps you sign up.

  Shannon was so reasonable that I could not believe it would be much interaction and would take forever to get a score above 650. Not only did everything go smoothly but I was so intrigued that I decided to take her up on sending referals. I started with a big mess as a widow and closing a business front last year. I just wanted a clean up, she helped with solicitor calls stopping, and some things that were dragging my score down. I feel great because it was done with integrity and ease and 3 months later I am on a new path with much knowledge on how to keep it moving upwards. Small intimate business that made it seem like I was her only client. Hope this helps you to make a choice in the vast sea of credit repair choices. It was $99.00 down and $99 a month. Thank you Red Star and Shannon for being real and kind during the process.

  Do NOT use!!! I was referred to Red Star to remove 1 account from my report (refinancing a house). Not only did they not remove it, they referred me to someone else. I had to ask multiple times for updates and for them to send out disputes. Finally I got 1 certified return receipt after 3 months. NOT worth the money! I hired another company who removed it within 15 days!!!
