  I have always loved banking at red river, until today.. Deborah at the 7th street branch was completely unprofessional and rude beyond all measure.. she has no business working at a bank with an attitude like hers.. she is a disgrace to all other loan officers that care..

  I usually don't deal with money orders, I like to Pay in cash or use a card. I went to this bank to ask about a money order that I have gotten to pay for the dues in one of my children classes for school. Later in the week the teacher return the money order & said the school will pay it. The name of the group was crossed out and my name was added to the pay to line. I ask a teller if I could cash it. She asked her boss and they both stated that they can't prove that I didn't steal it. I told them that the person that purchase it and the pay to has the same last name. We both have accounts there and if you would look I am over both of the accounts. So before you claim that I stole a money order from my daughter, check your facts and listen to you customers.

  Katrina, we apologize that this happened. As precaution, yes, we practice this as our policy. You wouldn't believe how often this actually does happen.
