  I disagree with the previous review. The only way they will "screw you" is if you don't pay back what you borrowed according to the terms in your contract. You signed a legally binding contracting saying what would happen if you didn't, so no one screwed you, you screwed yourself. I've had an issue with a payment to them, contacted and stayed in communication and got it resolved. At no point did I ever blame the people that work there for what happened. It was no one's fault but my own. They're simply doing their jobs. Jimmy and Summer both are very very nice people. They're far from stupid. They're incredibly helpful and will go above and beyond to help you get what you need. I recommend Red River to people i know when they mention they are needing a loan. Payments are reasonably priced.

  Well you just lost a loyal customer due to Miss Amy's poor customer service. I have been a customer for serveral years with this place. I always make my payments. I have renewed time and time again. I will now go ahead and make my final payment instead of renewing. I will never use your business nor will I ever send anyone too you ever again.
