  These people are the biggest ripoff artists in the industry. They give you this impression that they will save you lots of money but then they lock you into a 48 month equipment lease that is impossible to get out of unless you pay an exorbitant buyout fee. Do not do business with these people! You will live to regret it.

  I’m really happy with the service they provided my families company Fremouw environmental I couldn’t be more proud to have shown them this processor I almost feel responsible for the thousands they’ve saved on transactions. We even we able to hire new employees for what we saved and eliminate the money and time spent paying for our inventory to be calculated every month with their system. I’ve even been thinking about possible employment with them.

  They are extremely helpful. my rep is the best person and always available for assistance 24 hours 7 days. i would highly recommend them to merchants specially merchant pass program. my customers do not mind paying fees at all and i pay upfront monthly charges which are way less than others.

  WARNING: DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY. The salesman promises you everything, low fees, no extra fees, free cancelation anytime. First month, the fees were almost double my previous servicer. I called the sales man David Kalderon and he said he would correct this. Months later, after numerous emails and calls, they refunded a small portion. I cancelled the service and they are still taking fees out of my bank account. Sent two emails to David with of course no response. DAVID, QUIT BEING A THEIF AND REPLY.

  I had a deal with this company, and they assured me there wouldn't be any contracts or fees that would take affect if I decided to cancel their services. I then figured out they had me on a contract, so I tried to cancel this, but it ended up costing me over 3k dollars just to cancel. I tried talking to them, but they were being very difficult, as to say I signed a contract and that the payment was obligatory. They did not attempt to help, so it seemed as if I was swindled. Please, all business owners, beware this treacherous company.

  Can’t always tell how well a company performs by reviews; most of us whom are happy don’t spread the good news, I was left a terrible review with yelp for some food I ordered but never gave kudos for the deliscious meals I devoured. Of course read the contract be thurough it’s your business, nobody will care like you care for your company. Be mariculture with your questions why wouldn’t you be? Nonetheless I’m glad I gave it a go this beats square and others by a long shot.

  I'm having an issue processing payments. Waited on hold for over an hour, just to be hung up on. Called back, waited on hold, was able to leave a message. I would have preferred to leave a message before waiting on hold. Sent an email, no response. Opened a ticket through the automated chat system on the website, no response. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  This company is a THIEF that targets small business OWNERS. The send salesmen that lie about what you're getting. If anyone comes to your establishment from Red Payments ask for the full contract and don't sign anything until it's reviewed by a lawyer. They set you up with a lease for a pos system that you are never ever told about until it's too late. Theyt promise you something and give you something you never ever agreed upon. Don't do any business with them because they are SCAM ARTISTS FROM NY PRETENDING TO WORK DIRECTLY WITH FIRST DATA. DON'T GET ANY POS SYSTEM OR MERCHANT SERVICES FROM THEM. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SCREWED LIKE SO MANY OTHER SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS. They need to be put out of business. and investigated by the FBI for unscrupolous business methods.

  This company has excellent customer service and the best business processing rates. it shows that they know how to treat their business clients and make them happy. I recommend this company for your credit card processing needs!!

  had little issue in the beginning, manager from redpayment called me and resolved the issue and promised me to refund the monthly payment of $52.5 and wave the cancellation fee of $390. still a very good business to deal with.
