Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable but their resources are far-reaching.   Before finding Jim and Danielle, listing our property as out-of-state owners was a frustrating experience. Giving up on another agency, we began again by looking at listings similar to our 24-acre ranch parcel - that's how we found Jim and Danielle. Their listings were especially good at helping buyers "see" special features and highlights of rural properties. It was a relief to meet and walk our property with them and hear appreciation instead of the usual "talking down expectations" and skimming over special features. Rather than looking for a quick sale, They studied our place and represented it from a thorough understanding. They know the area how to find a good buyer and called frequently to provide updates from showings. Both are kind, conscientious thorough and patient. We really appreciate all the hard work they put into selling our property. They are an excellent team and we cannot say enough good things about them!

  Red Hawk is the best! They helped me sell my land near Lake Cuyamaca. They are very experienced and thorough with both the marketing and making sure all the paperwork is completed properly during the sale process.   Donn and Meriah with Red Hawk Realty have provided excellent service for our family both in purchasing raw land and the selling of our custom home built years later. We appreciated their aggressive approach and willingness to push the limits to satisfy our ambitious efforts. When hunting for a piece of San Diego backcountry, Donn was able to find us our perfect spot tucked away off the beaten path and off the market. We fell in love the moment we pulled up to the property and Donn pulled all the strings to secure the property for our family fighting for us all the way to the last second. Years later we called on Donn and Meriah once again to list the home we had built on our property. We had no idea what to expect in the first weeks of listing our home as we know larger properties in the mountains of San Diego don't always fly off the market.   We were so blessed to have found Red Hawk Realty, specifically, Donn and Meriah.   Jim and Danielle helped me purchase a ranch remotely and the process couldn't have been smoother. Jim not only thoroughly evaluated the property, but also took notice of other potential buyers at the open house and made connections with the listing agent. his accurate assessment and networking skills helped me put in a good offer which the seller quickly accepted. Danielle was in charge of all the paperwork, and she always texted me to review drafts before sending over the docusign, which saved a lot of declind/voided docusigns. Being a cattle rancher himself, Jim is extremely knowledgeable about owning rural/agricultural properties from zoning to fencing to water management to taxes (he doesn't offer tax advice, but he knows exactly how things are taxed). I only wish I had Jim's help with my first ranch purchase! But, even though I've figured some things out from my previous experience, I still learned a lot from Jim and would highly recommend him for anyone interested in buying/selling backcountry properties.
