  If I could, I'd give Matt an entire galaxy of stars! Matt Brumfield @RWM Home Loans has made my real estate dreams come true! In 2016 Due to the needs of my parents I had to move to Ohio and sell l my beautiful home in Banker's Hill. Prices have climbed so fast I never thought I'd be able to get back into the San Diego real estate market. But then..... 2021 My fantastic realtor, Julie Adams, found me a great condo in Pacific Beach and brought Matt onboard to work out the financing. Honestly, I was skeptical he'd have a loan product for me. But he DID! The purchase was complicated & Matt is so knowledgeable. The sale of my out of state condo; all kinds of lender hoops to jump through, complicated rules to complete & guidance on configuring my hefty down payment . Through it all Matt was so patient, sticking with me, ushering me through the complicated process. I'm forever grateful to Matt Brumfield for taking on my challenge. I can't say enough great things about him, his knowledge & work ethic. Thank you, Matt & your entire team!

  Matt Brumfield is the most knowledgeable, patient and always provides the best customer service. My husband and I refer all our family members and friends to him. Each person that uses him, sees exactly why we love working with Matt. Matt assisted us in purchasing our first house in 2009 and we will never work with one one else. He's extremely dependable and ready answer all our questions.

  I have been working with Matt Brumfield for the past ten years and he has successfully completed ten loan transactions for our family. Matt is a joy to work with. His experience, know how and perseverance are absolutely necessary during these challenging times. Despite the difficult requirements that underwriters impose on self employed business owners, Matt was instrumental in successfully funding our refinance with an amazing interest rate. He also helped both of our daughters purchase new homes. All three of these loan transactions were completed during this COVID crisis and Matt made the process relatively painless. Matt is a great guy with a huge heart and I enjoy having him on my team. We plan on using Matt to help us purchase at least two more homes.   In a word Matt is "Exceptional". Wow! Lending is absolutely his Super Power. We had somewhat of a difficult loan with two co-borrowers, one of which had non-traditional income, making it challenging for the banks to recognize her revenue sources in a way that would enable us to qualify for the loan. Matt knocked it out of the park. He worked with the lender, helped us compile all of the necessary documentation, and as a result, we got our loan! But there is so much more than that. Matt is a genuinely nice guy who deeply and authentically cares about his clients and helping them realize their dream of home ownership. He is super smart, well-educated, an excellent communicator, and he's really adept at educating the client and walking you through what can be a challenging if not overwhelming process. He is professional and maintains a sense of calm which vicariously helps keep you remain calm and patient throughout the loan process. I honestly can't say enough good things about Matt. He is truly the one in a million in his field. He has integrity, is incredibly hard working, he is straight forward with no BS and the bonus....you'll really like him-he's a great guy! I've used Matt for other real estate transactions and he will always be my go-to guy when it comes to home loans-there is no one better.

  I first heard about Matt Brumfield via a reddit post, so I decided to give him a shot. This redditor was absolutely right about Matt and RWM Loans. It was an absolute honor working with him. Matt is an amazing loan officer, he thoroughly explained the entire process from start to finish and left no stone unturned. Matt is genuinely looking out for your best interest and to top it off - Matt was extremly responsive. Anytime I needed to communicate with him, he would call back in a matter of minutes. Matt and his team worked diligently from start to finish and I was able to close on our first home quick and seamlessly - working with Matt felt as if we struck gold.   I'm a very detail oriented person and have a background in finance so I appreciate all the time Matt spent during work days, weekends and late night being responsive to my questions as he guided me and my family through the process of financing our dream home.   Marty did a fantastic job with our FHA Loan. He was able to get us a lower rate than the other 3 lenders we had contacted- 2.5%! Our loan was a little complicated, but he was great at explaining the process and requesting all the necessary paperwork to get us our loan. The app lets you see where you are in the process and he is great at calling as well at each major stage. Would and will definitely be recommending him to friends and family for their loans.   Matt is great to work with. Very knowledgeable and personable. He makes any transaction smooth and I have confidence in his ability to give me the best loan for me. He goes out his way to make your transaction smooth with no issues or headaches. And is easy to get ahold of. I will definitely use him for other loans in the future!
