      Stopped to get some info. A guy pulled up and said, hey, are you hear long? I said no, you need something? (As I stump grind and had stump grinder trailer and there's alot of stumps there) he said, no, your in my parking spot..... the parking lot was empty..... what the ..... ok... I live up here, and that was totally uncalled for attitude!!!

      Red Door Title rushed me through the closing and promised I would have the money wired to my account that afternoon (almost a month later that’s still not true). The next day they said they found a lien against my property. Then they contacted the creditors without my permission severely limiting any leverage I might have to negotiate with them. On top of that they have held my money back and haven’t made all the payments from the HUD closing paperwork they are legally required to. They are very slow in responding to my emails. Be careful dealing with this organization!
