  Dan and his team was EXTREMELY positive, professional and informative every step of the way and performed miracles to get me to close on time. I HIGHLY recommend using RealMortgage!!   It is hard to top the rave reviews shared by other clients, so I will mention a few details from our excellent experience with RealMortgage! We had rates locked in with 5 different mortgage companies, all promising to have the best rates and quickest path to funding! Scott McCabe was the last loan officer to join the "race," and he and his team SMOKED the other competitors!! Not only was their process personal, quick, easy, and efficient, they provided the best interest rate for our situation! The very first rate Scott offered beat the competition, and his estimated time to close was amazing! I figured if he was half right it was still faster than what the others were forecasting! To top it all off, these are genuinely nice people who made us feel at ease though the process, and always gave us the impression we were in good hands. It is rare in life to find those who commit to something and work hard to make it happen. It was our experience that Scott and his team have the experience, commitment, and skill set to navigate the financial maze and produce the best possible outcome!   I was lucky to find this team over the web, They are professional responsive, efficient and very flexible. For all my questions they patiently answered me and always open to educate me. Most importantly, they initially claimed that they usually close in 2 weeks, and were able to close my transaction, within 10 days! I totally and highly recommend them and for sure I will be more than happy to ask for their help, if I need to refinance or any other mortgage needs. Kudos to Dan, and his team. I couldn't expect more. Perfect!

  I have re-financed many times in my life and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Dan Ramirez offered me the best deal and as the process went forward, every time Dan called he had great news! costs and interest rate got lower! RealMortgage is very transparent from the very beginning. No sales guy having to run to underwriting or his boss and then come back with additional contingency's or something different than he told you up front. Dan and his team know their business and they work for you. Something very rare these days, I believe he has your best interests in mind. Professional and stress free, I'll be referring RealMortgage to every one I know.

  I contacted my current lender about a refi and got what I thought was a good deal that addressed my needs. Following guidance to get a second or third quote I contacted RealMortgage and Dan Ramirez called me within the hour. He listened to my questions, asked me some additional questions and gave some advice that I had not gotten from the other two entities. And then he got me into a refi at a better rate. The deal closed super quickly and any holdups were from my end. Dan, Stone, Cabrini and the crew were very responsive and professional, but also projected a human element that made doing business with them a pleasant--and rewarding--experience as my rate and payment dropped. I would go with them again as my first choice.

  After receiving several quotes for a refinance of my mortgage and being told I needed to consolidate my other debt into the new loan, which I did not want to do, I received a quote from Realmortgage.   Daniel and his sterling team absolutely outdid themselves handling our daughter's refinancing. They were easy to work with and very positive from start to finish, and our daughter is self-employed, which can make loan underwriting much more difficult. We couldn't be more pleased with the whole team, from Daniel to Stone to Kristin. A huge thank you!!!
