  Madea is awesome! Tell her Ryan at 2A Expedite sent you. Great people, very helpful, and any issues have been resolved rather quickly. Plenty of factoring companies out there, but Thunder comes highly recommended! Great rates, several options, and it's rather easy to get your payments processed. I feel like they genuinely care, and they don't make you feel like you're just another number.

  I have to give a Huge Thanks to Afton with Thunder Funding. We are a new up and coming Transportation Company and she made everything run smoothly (even though it was a ROCKY ROCKY ROAD). The dedication, knowledge and patience she gave, set our minds at ease. We never had to wait days or hours for a call back or response if we had questions. The experience made us feel human.   I want to tanks to a grate team to Jose Hernandez and Lupita Alonzo whom are very professional and oriented to help carriers to fulfill the funding needs of the business. I been on business for over 15 yrd and thunder funding help change the direction of my business with finding needs and be able to work with a variety of brokers that are hight rate performance and not to struggle with no payments from them .   I’ve been been with Thunder for almost 2 years and TODAY 5/27/2022 I am leaving because GERMAN ZAMORA he is a bad manager, he do not listen what the client have to say or how we feel as a client. He’s team make a lot of mistakes and he just come to the client saying that we are wrong and after everything he act like he doesn’t care about the client. He’s team make mistakes and he doesn’t do anything to fix it.

  Why can’t ppl who take the invoices and look at the email? Now going on 4 times they have screwed it up and getting someone on the phone is hard as hell. This time like the last, they took my whole invoice and put it on my fuel card when the email stated only $392

  Update: Added a star because Justine was very helpful. She took notes of the issues I was having with the wait time and assured me that they were already looking into that. She also showed me how some helpful tools utilizing the Thunder Funding Portal, which clear up some of the issues I've been having with the added fees/deductions on our statements. Happier after this phone call. But still to fix that phone system. It is a nightmare. I used to recommend Thunder Funding... not anymore. They literally take forever to answer the phone (been on hold for over 12 minutes, and the stupid machine is keeps adding time to my wait time). I don't know if they are understaffed or what is going on, but it takes forever to talk to someone. They used to answer on the spot, but not anymore. They also deduct money for past invoices with no reference as to which one it was or why? We were charged for a fee that was technically Thunder Funding's fee. They submitted some paperwork to be paid quickly and since they did that they were charged a fee. Well they passed that fee onto us. Even though we already paid our factoring fee and ach fee. If they can't wait the full 30 days to get paid that is on them... not me. Seriously considering changing companies. The fees are not exactly low, and there are plenty of other companies fighting for our and your business to continue dealing with this.

  extremely happy with the service, my representative Afton is such good help any questions i had she answered within 10 minutes the one on one service is so great it almost feels as if you have your own rep working for you and only you. there portal is great as well you can see everything you need to know on there portal very easy and to the point. if you get assigned Afton you are in great hands

  I love it. Well Really I love Afton she’s the the rep that signed me up, was patient while I was trying to get my second truck together(long story) and walked me through the process always there to communicate which the most important thing in any situation. I also think it’s great they only do 90 days contracts. A lot of factoring companies try to hold you hostage. Not Thunder Funding. Plus I here a lot of people complain about reserves and getting money held up. With Thunder Funding you don’t have to worry about none of that. I don’t even leave reviews unless it’s for a good reason. Afton and the crew are awesome 👏🏾

  We are new to the trucking business and have been working with Thunder Funding for factoring, specifically with Madea. She has been extremely helpful throughout the process and has walked us through everything we needed to know. She is always quick to respond to any questions that we have and has been very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend her and Thunder Funding if you're in need of a factoring company.

  So happy that our company uses Thunder Funding. 5 stars are not enough to rate this company. Ms Afton Davis is amazing to work with she is alway willing to help and solve any issues. Also I have had to work with other staff members of their team any of them are all really nice to work with as well.When its about money you do not want any drama involved and that why I like this company because they are great and easy to work with when it comes to money.
