  We're repeat customers - maybe that's all I need to say! We hired Realistic Home Inspection twice for pre-purchase home inspections on two different properties six months apart. Brian and Realistic Home Inspection Services provide honest, thorough, detailed and timely inspection services.   Thank you Brian for once more giving us your excellent services, Brian gave us the details what he was going to do, then after his inspection and report we found more than our expectation, He explains the concerns with Very detailed and thorough manner along with pictures and evidences. He pointed out concerns and observation that even someone like myself who's been in the construction field for over 32 years could not have noticed. I would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone for a good inspection.

  Brian inspected a home we are purchasing in Brookfield, WI. I highly recommend Brian (Realistic). He clearly has plenty of experience and performed a comprehensive and detailed inspection, despite the current COVID-19 related limitations. Brian was timely, professional and able to communicate matters in laymen's terms so we could focus on the most relevant matters where attention was needed. In addition, Brian came off as a simply pleasant person who was easy to work with.

  Brian was very professional and detailed, explaining all the aspects of our perspective home and anything we needed to be aware of. He was very clear on what would need fixing now versus the future including all of the good things on the home. Would definitely work with him again!

  Brian was great! He was accommodating for our quick schedule, and very thorough in his inspection. As first time homeowners he described the inspection process to us and all things he looks for. At the end of the inspection he walked us through things he found, but also taught us about yearly maintenance to keep up on with the house. He is very professional and his background makes him knowledgable in this area. I would HIHGLY recommend for anyone needing a home inspection.

  Brian was great to work with! First time home buyer and Brian made sure to thoroughly explain everything to me. He was very knowledgable, personable, and was able to get me scheduled just two business days after we initially connected! Highly recommend him!

  Brian was great! I was buying my first house and I had a ton of questions. He was endlessly informative, thorough, smart, and helpful. I had a question 8 months after purchasing the house, and Brian followed through, refusing my offer to pay him for the consult. In addition to being great at what he does, Brian is just a really good person. I can't recommend him highly enough.

  Brian did an amazing job with our home inspection. The process of purchasing a home is overwhelming (especially as first time buyers). We were so thankful to have Brian help us through the process of inspecting the home. He extremely knowledgeable, took the time to answer our million questions, and explained everything he found within the home. He even walked us through a checklist of routine home maintenance and showed us how to perform basic checks like replacing a furnace filter and checking a sump pump.
