  Hands down the best agent in Florida is Dan Samatulski. Not only is he absolutely amazing at his job he is an amazing person. Every single person we worked with from Dan to the loan department Chris and Justin, were absolutely fabulous. I can’t even put in to words how much I appreciate all of them. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and fought for us every step of the way. With his hard work we were able to find a insane deal on a brand new home in a beautiful neighborhood. Dan found the listing the night before and emailed us right away and we were waiting outside the office to see the home the next morning when they opened and it was everything we wanted and more. We are starting a brand new family and with me being 4 months pregnant I was so worried and stressed out but with Dan’s help all my worries were gone. Dan took care of me and my new family just like he would his own and I can’t thank him enough for it. I will be referring all my family and friends to Dan and going forward he is the only agent we want to work with. Thank you RE/Max for employing such amazing people, and thank you Dan for going above and beyond for my family, there are not enough words in the world to express my gratitude!

  First and only agent I will ever use. My wife and I first met Darryl at an open house that we stopped at, months before making the decision to purchase a home. Once we made the decision, there was no question that we would be calling on Darryl to be our agent. He is such a nice guy and he held our hands through the entire process of purchasing our first home. He had our best interest in mind at all times, and was not trying to sell us just any house. He wanted to make sure the house was right for us and that it was a good investment. He answers his phone and text messages whenever you call him. Darryl truly loves his job, and it shows. I would would highly recommend him to anyone. Although I have never used anyone else, I am convinced that Darryl is the best agent in Orlando.

  Darryl has been extremely helpful from the day my husband and I met him at an open house. I felt comfortable with him right away so I didn't hesitate to text him with my many questions. Darryl was always knowledgeable and patient. The best part is that I would usually get a response from him within 5 minutes so I always felt like we were important to him. Many house tours and several offers later we are in our dream home. We highly recommend Darryl to anyone looking for a home but especially to first time home buyers like us. Darryl Hunt exceeded all my expectations with the swift sale of my former property at price. I chose Darryl to represent me on the repurchase of my new property.   When my wife and I decided to buy an investment house in Orlando, going with Darryl was the obvious answer since he helped us find and negotiate our current home. Darryl showed us numerous investment properties and helped to target the best option for resale. Darryl - like the times we had worked with him in the past - made us feel like his only client. During the remodel, Darryl was always available to either offer some advice via email or stop by the house in-person to chime in. Once the house went on the market, our home felt like Darryl's top priority (even though I'm sure there were other people just like me clamoring for his attention) and he did everything he could (short of buying himself) to ensure we sold it. Now that the house is sold, with some extra time to reflect, my wife and I just have to applaud the job and effort Darryl put in to our sale. All around, a fantastic job by a real nice guy.   I had a very limited time to find a new home as where I was renting I had to vacate within the month. I contacted Mike and he went straight to work on helping me find somewhere to purchase. I live about an hour away from Orlando in Lakeland and anytime I found a home I was interested in Mike did not hesitate to do the drive to show me the listing! He answered every single question I had, which were a TON being a first time home buyer in my 20's. The market in Lakeland around this time was hectic and competitive; as soon as I sent Mike a listing within 5 minutes he was texting me back, setting up showings and contacting the selling agent. During the closing process he made it as seamless and easy as possible, I signed all of the paperwork in my emails and he made me feel like a close family member with how accessable he was to reach and how comfortable he made me feel trusting him. If you're looking for a DILLIGENT and hardworking (around the clock!) agent you can definitely find one in Mike! If I ever sell my home I will 100% be contacting Michael again for that process.

  Cheryl is the best realtor in Orlando area, she helps me buy my first home, new construction in lest then 45 days, and also pair me with best Broker jean Darius, gives me the best loan that's out there low monthly payment and didn't have to pay mush in closing cost. remember when I make that call to Cheryl didn't know anything about the buying process but helps me understand everything.   Two years ago I moved into a rental unit and Re/Max was the middleman between the property owner and myself. My entire experience with Re/Max has been amazing and Linda Jokbengboon is one of the most friendly and helpful realtors I have ever worked with. She is always available to contact and is extremely helpful with any concerns or problems. We are currently trying to move into a smaller unit and Linda has gone out of her way to help us at every step! I can't speak for the entirety of Re/Max but Linda is amazing and I can't recommend her enough! If you are moving anywhere in the Orlando area there is no one better suited to help!
