As an independent business owner, the effect on covid in my business has been devastating, without BBIF I do not think my company can withstand such trials. The staff are not just great, but they are more than willing to extend and go extra mile to help me stay open. My appreciation and thankfulness are more than I can express in word.   Extremely poor service. Stay away! Submitted PPP application 2 months before deadline of may 31st. Got a random email from BBIF end of june 2021 stating they couldn't approve my PPP application because my first draw number was invalid which is completely false. They dont answer phone calls nor return them and the same is said about emails. You literally have no way to get someone on the phone, chat or to call you back to this date. This place needs to be investigated for fraud. Federal government gives them money because of "black owned businesses" and they dont actually serve black businesses or any others. Fraud alert!

  Tramail and Duane were excellent! They helped me get exactly what I needed and they took away the stress of the process! I would recommend BBIF to anyone that may not qualify for traditional financing!

  Horrible people, incompetent. Especially Marie-Elie Alexis and Duane Lewis. They've messed up a federal loan application for my father, causing over 10k in damages. They've stopped responding.

  Would not recommend them to anyone. The way they conduct business is misleading, unprofessional and unappealing. Be aware of the closing cost associated with your loan product as well.
