  If you ever want to struggle with your housing, this is the company for you! Do you like having to worry about your property manager never fixing your property or charging you unnecessary repair charges for no repairs??? Well folks, you chose the right place. Never in my life have I been involved with such unprofessional people. It’s a shame honestly, remax of orange park are con artist/slum lords. I wouldn’t trust them if my life depended on it. Thanks for nothing Remax!

  RE/MAX Specialist is the best brokerage, hands down. I am so comfortable representing my customers with RE/MAX brand behind me. The Orange Park office staff is top notch and allows me to trust fully in my team. 5 Stars all the way, but I would give them 10 if I could.

  This was our very first time trying to rent a house we got approved and everything but when it came time to showing the house they canceled on us the first time then they weren’t willing to wait 10 min for my wife and I to arrive to top it all off they said they had to put the house back on the market because we hadn’t given the security deposit definitely do not do business with remax they are not people of their word

  THAT PUNISHES, that in these times the discrimination continues, and more pain and sadness, when it comes from your own Latin race. Send an email to this office of RemaxSpecialist, interested in a property, and answer me with another email, ZERIS GARCIA, work there as a real estate agent; We were in contact for 2 days by whatsApp, and I'm sorry to send pictures of the property one day Friday, spent 4 days and I did not know more about this guy, I completely ignored. zeris, the courtesy and attention, which I see, that you do not have, you have to have a real estate agent, even if the customer's budget is low or high. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, IT IS A SHAME
