  Amy Warren is the best!!! My husband and I had never used a realtor before and were slightly worried about the process. Amy walked us through everything and was patient with us and answered our million and one questions. We were able to buy a fabulous house we love and sold our old house at a profit! I am so very happy with her work and patience with us. I would recommend her to anyone. She is FABULOUS!!!!!

  Beware this is a Racist Real Estate Company!!!!!! My uncle applied for a rental property through RE/MAX and he was the very first applicant to apply for this certain property. They could not give any excuse as to why he didn’t qualify. He makes 5 times the rent and has good credit. After waiting for more than a week, he went to the office to check the status of his application. It had already been rented even though he was the first to apply. They didn’t have an answer, but had to audacity to say we have other properties you can choose from, but all of those properties were in the hood or low income areas.

  I contacted a realtor about a property to make an offer to buy, the realtor's assist stated, "she busy, she'll call you back" I called and emailed nearly everyday and got the same response, which was no response! I got a call almost two months later from Becky saying "oh that house is under contract now but I can help you find something else...I said, "no thanks you didn't even respond to my emails, texts, and waited two months to respond. your lack of communication, says enough." Buyer Beware don't waste your time.

  Wife and I were so pleased with Remax Preferred. Our real estate agent Michael Donovan was their for us in our selling and buying process. Remax preferred is the right choice in buying and selling. They are professional and Michael Donovan was a great realtor. He was their for us on all our questions, concerns. Michael just made the process so smooth in selling and buying. If your buying or selling in the Arklatex REMAX is definitely 5 stars in my experience.

  I left 3 messages to find out about a listing. One that is not on their website. Called again today and no one will tell you anything. Just I can take your name and number and have an agent call you back. Today, Monday a very nice gentleman called me and apologized for the wait for a call back. He answered all my questions and those he did not have answers to. He said her will find out and call me back. Jason helped change my mind about ReMax Preferred. Thank you, Sir for caring enough to find and fix an issue
