  my wife and i are building our retirement home this year. when it came time to find financing we turned to guaranty bank. we have used them before with a good experience. i had a meeting with Jordan Cox and came away feeling i made the right decision. Jordan was informative, respectful and knowledgeable about what we wanted to do. great people to work with.

  Very pleasant and friendly staff. Was disappointed that the debit card machine was down for an upgrade and I couldn’t get my debit card when I opened the account. I do have it now and very pleased with the service.

  This bank is not a customer friendly bank the only reason I even come to this bank is because my job uses them and that's the only way to get my check cashed for free and these lazy POS are closed on December 23 Saturday so now I have to pay for my check to be cashed somewhere else I didn't have time to cash it Friday because I was working this laziness casted me money I will never bank with this bank so lazy they just put up a sign and didn't even have do that right they wrote in the Saturday December 23 as of writing this in there parking lot there has been 6 cars come in and get mad about this how this bank still has 5 stars is not because of customer service that's for sure today just showed me that I for sure will never bank with this bank so lazy thank you Guaranty bank for making me have to pay to cash my check the only thing that Guaranty bank can guarantee is they will disappoint and be lazy so don't give this bank a try at all your matress will treat you better

  Flawless refinancing loan process. As interest rates were falling I was able to contact the loan department as often as I wanted and always received a prompt report. My loan officer also would keep me informed about the current interest rate. When I was ready to lock the rate and proceed with refinancing my home, all departments worked together like a well oiled machine. All worked so well that we were able to close over 1 week earlier than expected. I would highly recommend Guaranty to all.

  Keri Price could not have been more wonderful in walking us through each and every step of the refinancing of our home. She was extremely professional and was always available to answer any questions that my wife or I had.
