Re/Max Mountain Realty Reviews

Byron Pearson5Just bought a house in AF listed with Mike Woolley of Re/Max. He was incredibly professional and easy to deal with from the moment I first spoke with him through the final stages of the loan approval and appraisal process. In a world where customer service is oftentimes an oxymoron, Mike gets it. If I were ever to list a property in AF, he would be the first person I would call.

Caroline C. Blaker1Be advised that this office doesn't read contracts. They will sabotage deals when they miss details. Highly unprofessional, possibly worse. Will try to railroad you into unfavorable private loans. We worked with the office leader and at times we worried about his health and competence. Would leave 0 stars.

Diane Marbourg1The following is a review of the agent, not the agency. We selected Montee Sue Miller to handle our home sale but our experience with her did not go well. Once listed, we received no updates for a month and professional photographs were not posted for two months, at which time she suggested I send the listing to my friends stating, “perhaps one of them might want to buy it!” We did not feel that she was actively marketing our home and so called to ask her to reach out to local realtors. Ultimately, we did sell our home and that part went smoothly; however, after closing she suddenly turned hostile towards us. Five days after closing, she was frantic that a backup baseboard heater wasn’t working (despite the forced air heater working perfectly) and insisted that we pay an electrician ‘right away’ to fix the breaker panel. Although this should have been checked prior to closing, we agreed to pay for the electrician. Montee Sue seemed more concerned about the buyers or her own reputation than protecting our interests. Later, despite the fact that the only person who touched the breaker panel was the electrician she hired, she actually tried to blame my husband for it not working and kept texting and calling until we had to ask her managing broker to intervene. When I received a copy of the electrician’s bill, I saw that Montee Sue had authorized work that we had not approved.

Mary Melich1DO NOT USE ROGER & VICKI LANON. We used Roger & Vicki Lanon to sell our land in NM and were VERY UNHAPPY with their lack of customer service. They couldn't remember who we were until we told them they were selling our land. They rarely comunicated with us, even through we asked them to please, at least, give us a monthly update. This was like pulling teeth. Our land did sell, but not by Roger & Vicki...another Realtor/Agency was the buyers agent. On another note...when the offer came in, I reminded Vicki she needed to send the CCRs to the other Agent. She wasn't even aware of CCRs and asked me where to get them. As I Realtor, they should have known where to get them and not be asking me. AGAIN, I SAY....DO NOT USE ROGER & VICKI LANON. There are too many other, more professional, Realtors out there to use.
