  Edd found us a great place to buy with only one (fairly long) day of looking. He had so much material ready and so many good statistics for us so we could make good comparisons and pick what would best work for us. We are currently using his co-worker Brian for our Management company and could not be more pleased with Brian and his team. They are so responsive and so great at communication. Give them a try.   We had the pleasure of working with Teri Ruiz on our new condo purchase in Angel Fire. She fit us into her schedule when we planned a last minute trip. The process of purchasing there was completely different than what we had gone through before, but Teri stayed on top of everything! We cannot recommend her and her brokerage enough. We look forward to making many memories there and keeping in contact with her. Thank you Teri!

  What a great group of people to work with. Edd sold our condo with in two months after we listed it. They also managed our condo and when every we had an issue or concerns Edd took care of it right away. 5 star company for sure!

  We bought a new home from Edd in 2013. We were pleased with his friendly and positive attitude and professionalism. We just sold an older cabin we owned, with Edd and Brian as our realtors. Again, we had a very good experience with the sale and recommend Angel Fire Homes! We love our new place!

  I first worked with them when the HOA I belonged hired them as property managers. Before they came on board the place was in serious trouble due lack of quality care previously. They quickly developed and implement a long range plan to bring the property up to where it should be. I believe they increased the value of our property significantly.

  We rented pine tree 206 for dec 2015. A day before we were scheduled to leave a blizzard hit Texas and New Mexico. We called Angel fire home property management and spoke with Kyle eby. Kyle said the roads were clearing and people were able to make it in thru Amarillo. Kyle refused to push our dates back or reschedule and refused to give us any type of refund. We decided to drive in and ended up running off the road due to ice on the road. I called Kyle back and he again said roads were fine where he was and the problem was another part of new mexico. We kept getting stuck and kind people helped us out. We made it to a hotel and decided to go back home the next day. My husband called Kyle back who still refused to give a refund. Kyle said we should have cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival. Like we were supposed to know there would be a blizzard and that the New Mexico governor would declare a state of emergency! However Kyle and his group do not believe in trying to help us! We have been to Angel fire twice before and never had this type of problem but then again we didn't deal with angel Fire homes property management!

  I can only speak about condo #309, #202, management's attitude, and our experience with their cleanliness... Our experience here (condo #309) started with hair in the sheets on one bed and the other bed's sheets were stained. Called to ask for sheets to be replaced and he said he'd drop them off so I can change them. So I can..? OK. He came quickly enough (without pillow cases) and helped pull sheets (so he could see hair, stains) and acted annoyed when I pulled pillow cases so we could change them, too. He brought new ones about 10 minutes later. Fast enough. After looking around more, it was clear #309 was a dump. The kitchen has been updated but furniture, carpet, and rugs are stained and dirty. Between stained carpets and paint peeling off the ceiling, we decided it was not where we want to stay for 4 nights. The major kicker was the dirty toilet, hair in the bathtub, dirty counters, and the carpet under rugs and couches is disgusting (I have pictures). I have 2 kids under 4 and kids play on the floor. After several calls, management called back and was stern about no refunds. The thing is, this is not just a matter of the place being not as expected; it's freakin' dirty, too, so we were questioning total hygiene of the place. He said, "it's a C-class place and we advertise it that way." Well, they didn't list it that way on AirBnB (I have a screenshot of the listing). *Either way, "c class" doesn't mean dirty sheets and toilet seats.* After more talking, he agreed to move us to another condo. He came quickly enough but was a jerk. When I opened the door he was turned half way from me, ready to go, and complaining that "I don't have time for this" because he has a dinner party at his house (I heard that multiple times). I followed him and listened to him complain about the "upgrade" (to a decent place). He was annoyed that I wanted to turn on lights so I could see if there are stains, peeling ceilings, and hair on the sheets. Again, more mention of "don't have time for this... you have to decide..." He left the key with me, asked me to clean the other room (we already had; it's cleaner than when we arrived), and left before we made a decision (I was glad about because he was being a jerk). The second room, #202, is actually a nice place so we took it. Unfortunately, it also had hair in the bathtub and on the toilet seat. So, we cleaned it. It was 7ish and we needed to get on with life, get young kids fed, and in bed. We took those clean sheets from the first place and used them in the second place. The rest of the stay was fine (again, after we cleaned it ourselves). I would never recommend this place for a family. Another comment on cleanliness. Even the counters were obviously just quickly wiped off. When we wiped the kitchen counter a few times the cloth was dirty (I have a picture). I've never had such a terrible experience with a condo. It MIGHT be ok for a bunch of dudes (specifically referring to #309 here) but if you're going with your family, go elsewhere. Your wife won't like it and you won't like it.
