  Purchased a home using Re/MAX Executive: Fort Mill with Brandy Howard as my agent. First time purchasing a home, but the firm made everything needed ready & accessible, & I can't say enough for Brandy Howard & how at ease she made the entire process. I definitely do recommend them for your home buying or selling experience & have referred anyone I know.

  Buying / Selling or anything else that goes along with real estate, this team is top notch. Every good review for a realtor goes something like this "They sold my house, and for more than the asking price in only 2 days!" Well if that was the truth, then that business would not need to advertise, However Dean Hagey and the team did sell my house in the Starmount area in a reasonable amount of time, for a good price, but that's not all....they helped me get my new home in Fort Mill, and were super knowledgeable! If you are looking to buy, or sell, i would highly recommend this team.

  Tania Cogdill was recommended to me by a builder's agent when I needed to sell my home. I lived out of state and needed someone I could really count on, someone who would be direct with me, work for me, be my eyes and ears and have my back, and be there for me thru the entire process and Tania was. I have never had a realtor work so hard on my behalf to sell my home and work to get a fair price. Tania is exceptional and I would recommend her without hesitation.
