  Bob is a caring realtor and business owner. Bought my first house from him he worked like hell and always answered my endless phone calls with nice caring attitude. Inherited another house he helped sell it and got us top dollar for it. Truly a great guy. We need more businesses like his in Apollo beach.

  I have been doing business with Pat McDonald and Bob Sherwood since they first opened their initial office. I read the reviews that have been posted, and found some of the comments profoundly unfair, and appear to have been posted by people unclear with the terms and the responsibilities that a purchaser or seller must abide by when entering into what might be the most expensive purchase they ever make. What I can say is that every person in that office that I have interacted with have been professional polite and competent. I recommend this firm over and over, and I continue to utilize this firm. I recommend them without hesitation. This firm is simply the best real estate firm in Apollo Beach. They know the market, and when you want a home in this area, this is the group to connect with.

  I purchased a home that was listed by RE/MAX Bayside agent name was Thea Douglas was very unethical and she was very crafty person. She lied on the Disclosure form and also committed to taken care of issues that was brought to her attention and few days before closing she reneged on written and verbal agreement. I would stay far away from this Agent. This is my experience with this company and would never recommend anyone having to go through this. Thea Douglas in my experience is not a professional and gave my realtor and me the worst experience ever.

  Jen Pickern was my realtor during our house hunt after our family’s PCS to MacDill, and she is awesome! Her experience and advocacy for my husband and I saved us thousands of dollars at closing; she knows when to push the seller because she understands the policies and politics involved. The first thing I noticed about Jen was that she responded to my calls/texts and provided me with info right away… less than a 5 minute turnaround every time. Jen also showed us so many homes, without even making me feel uncomfortable or as if I were a burden for wanting to walk through ANOTHER home. I highly recommend her for your house hunt whether you are military or civilian!

  My wife and I worked with Margaux Grufman at Remax Bayside in Apollo Beach when we purchased our home in Kings Point, Sun City Center. We were delighted with our experience! We originally contacted her office through the Internet, and Margaux became our agent. Even though we were in Pennsylvania at the time, she made the process easy. She was a true professional, answered all of our phone calls and questions, made extra trips to take pictures of homes we were interested in, and never lost her patience with us. We actually never saw the home personally until the day before our closing, and it didn't disappoint us. The pictures and information Margaux sent us made it seem like we'd already been there. When we had friends come and stay, Margaux took time out of her busy schedule to show them several homes even though she knew that it would be awhile before they bought. We highly recommend her for your home buying needs. She is awesome!

  These people have their name as the listing agent on a rental property in Sun City. I called twice and emailed once. The email said "DON'T BOTHER ME WITH RENTALS"! So I called around and found that a George Hahn handles the rentals, as the Gene Batronie person is very rude. The first time I called, I was told "we don't handle rentals"! and the second time I called I was hung up on. This is not an honest, nor people-friendly agency and do not know why they are still in business, nor have their name on rental homes!

  I've known Bob and his team of Real Estate agents for sometime now, everyone is amazing, knowledgeable, and professional. If you're looking for a home in the Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Riverview, Brandon, areas of the Tampa; then you found the right place!

  Do not get yourself involved with this agent Bob Sherwood or this office, we put an offer on a house where he was listing agent and put $1000 escrow, when appraisal came back less than selling price and we backed out as we had a right according to contract he refused to pay us back our escrow, and we still never got it. You have been warned this is a unethical agent and a shame to Remax name

  The seller kept the escrow deposit due to the fact that you violated the contract. We agreed to sell at the appraised value. The seller was bringing $4000 to close. Your lender was crediting you $2000 for your closing costs I was crediting YOU $1000 and your Realtor was crediting you $1000 WE gave you everything you wanted yet you still refused to close!?!? Clearly a case of "failure to preform". Thank You for the 5 Star review of representing my Client The Seller!

  Bob Sherwood is excellent. I have used him for several projects. Recently I had a friend who was relocating for business to Apollo Beach and Bob did an excellent job at finding us a home. Very professional!
