  The most inept company I have had the displeasure of working with. If you want to close anywhere close to on time, do not use RBI. They lied to us, almost too many times to count. Was supposed to close on a Monday. Found out on Friday before that RBI didn’t complete the paperwork. When contacted to address the problem. Was informed that the lender decided to take a “mental health day”. They lied almost daily saying that we would close “the next day”. We finally closed 3 weeks late.
