  This is my first time working with AS-IS Loans and Joshua Perez.   As an out of state investor we were in a tight spot with a hard money lender and had to refinance fast! Time was of the essence or we would have been in default. Joshua Perez saved the day and got us a loan to cover the existing mortgage within 2 weeks!! He was very accessible and easy to work with at all times. The entire process was smooth and simple which is very uncommon these days! I would highly recommend AS IS LOANS to anyone who needs a great lender who they can trust!

  I’ve worked with Josh and AS IS a few times now and I cannot say enough good things about them. From a 4500 sq ft single family to a 600sq ft beach condo they have been able to meet my needs. Straight up costs, no hidden fees, simple process and great communication. Not to mention they have contacts throughout the industry that get it done, whatever you may need. I plan to do many more deals with AS IS and you should too! The market is incredibly hot so don’t miss out.

  What an amazing experience I had with this company, especially with Joshua Perez. Very smooth while being fast. I own a lot of rental properties so going through the lending process can be very time consuming and arduous but not with As Is Loans. The best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you 🙏

  Joshua was able to take care of us last minute, where our other lenders couldn't get the deal funded. In turn, I was able to purchase a condo for renovation in Pompano and exit with an additional $38k. Wouldn't have been able to do it without him.
