J W1There is an extreme lack of customer service especially at the GT location when it comes to the branch managers and assistants. Tellers, sure they are nice enough….I will be civil and not mention any names. I will also say RBFCU as a whole, simply put is just not nice, not to mention the lack of depository atms (and atms in general) is very very slim.

Forrest1This credit union is just like any other bank, no matter how well you bank with them and even if you never give them any issues as far being charged late fees. When you come to them with an issue that you have, your information doesn’t add up theirs (go figure) and they consider that a valid reason to charge you fees.

C Page1When I joined this credit union there was a local number on the website in order to call the Georgetown branch and now there is a 1-800 number with a wait time each time I've phoned. AND- the G branch is still fully closed (without an appointment; however, no appointments were available when I called)!!! Moving my money.

Chad Allen2The Georgetown location does not have full service drive-thru's. It's kind of inconvenient, as basic depositing/withdrawals are doable, but anything else you have to go inside. And now appointments are required to go into the CU. We've been with RBFCU a long time, and we like them as a CU, this review is based on this location and its lack of function.

Robbie M1Horrible Manager, Supervisor & Regional Vice President! I went in to talk to someone but the Supervisor demanded to see my ID before he would sign me in. What?! I just had a question. He was not going to see anything on my account. If so, I would have gladly given my ID. I felt this Supervisor guy had an ego default by the way he treated me. He told me, " We need to know who goes into a room with their employee!!" Wow! However, I spoke to the Manager & Regional Vice President about the obvious paranoia then received a letter in the mail that it was my behavior - questioning their paranoia - that they feel was the problem! I disagree. So they will threaten customers for demanding our privacy when necessary via letter. They are holding My money & that's it! They do not have authority over us as customers especially when we just want to ask a question! They obviously assume everyone that walks through their doors is a criminal! So silly! I should not have to identify myself with an ID if I just want to ask a question!! Paranoid!!
