  Wow.... this is literally the best bank I've ever had in my whole existence on God's green earth!!! Lyndsey and Teresa are best. Just recently purchased a vehicle and when I tell you they went above and beyond to make sure I was covered. Elon Musk couldn't reach there're altitude. And when it comes to punching those number's, Ms. Kelly is the ONE (2,3,&4) she literally helped calculate my registration cost and everything. I am thankful for this group of amazing/hardworking ladies,, wouldn't know what to do without them. BEST BANK EVER!!!!!!!

  They moved 500$ with out my consent. I did not okay for y'all to do that texell. I would go with another bank if your reading this .Texell will Rob you the say it your fault and they can't do anything to fix it they said I have been contacted by a member agent. , But no one has called or emailed to explain anything!

  My experience with Texell was very easy and smooth. My agent, Kelly was a very professional and supportive individual. The staff at Texell were very friendly and I always felt welcomed. I would strongly recommend anyone to visit Texell for any financial needs.

  While their rates seem to be good, their application process is terrible. I have tried to apply for an Auto loan only to get hung up half way through 3 times on different browsers and computers. Every time I call to try and speak to someone its busy. I would have loved to see if I could have financed my car through them but honestly if this experience is any kind of example of how they do business, I may have saved my self a headache.

  I was able to refinance my mortgage with Texell as they had a great rate. Never appears to be busy and nice people working there.

  I will never use this credit union again. Since covid-19 they have been unprofessional. I now have a negative item on my credit report all 3 bureau's. They told me they sent letters to me and I have not seen one. Anyone else been impacted by Texell? If so, please say something and maybe we can get our issues resolved together. Hopefully Texell will own up and do what's right.

  I am very happy I made the decision to come to texell, I was provided with a fast, courteous, and professional service. I was able to open a checking and savings accounts, very quick, plus they also print their own ATM cards so you can use it right away. Thank you Monica for the great service!!

  Backward, out of touch, incompetent, slow; arbitrary policies that punish the customer. No basis for loan approvals/disapprovals, rates, or anything else. They are so tight, they squeak. They used to be great years ago but now they are just horrible. Would give a 0 if I could.

  Best credit union in Waco. Texell Credit Union is truly the Credit union of second chances. They provide you with everything you need to turn your banking history and credit history around. I highly recommend Texell Credit Union no matter what issues you might have had in the past they will give you a fresh start. To top it off the staff is so sweet and amazing. The services are speedy and never a wait time.
