  Used this business for years. As of this year however, I think Ray may have sold the business. Totally shotty work, first year my taxes had errors and I've heard similar from those that use him. The new tax employees lie about what they are going to do and never return phone calls. I've gone a whole week with having left three messages and not heard back. You only talk to someone if you are lucky enough that they pick up the phone. I'm a small client and I'll guess the new owners may not give a fig about anyone not pulling them in big money. I used to even be able to talk to Ray if I needed to, now I feel like they'd rather I just never come back. Appalling service now.

  We cannot say enough nice things about The team at Ray Busch Ltd.. They handle everything from our restaurant/ bar to our properties to our personal finances.   For the last two years I have had the privilege of this firm. Cathy was amazing in her knowledge. Especially last year when I had new tax exemptions that I never had to encounter before. I will always have them as my accounts. My son, as well, has them. I recommend them to everyone!

  I have been going to Ray for my taxes since I started working, which has been 20+ years now. I have never had any complications or any mistakes on my taxes. It has made getting my taxes done a piece of cake and as stress free as can be. I would highly recommend them to everyone and anyone who needs their taxes done the right way. They have always made me feel important and have always made sure I was informed every step of the way. They are quick and so very friendly!!   I have been going to Ray for over 10 years and can not imagine anyone else doing my taxes. While I hear others stressing about filing by April 15th, I have already received my refund because I provide them all my paperwork early, and they file it in an acceptable amount of time. This year I received my refund one week after they filed for me! If I ever have a question, Kathy is always available and demonstrates patience with me by answering all my questions and clarifying any confusion I may have. His price is right, and I can count on one hand the number of times he has raised his rates in over 10 years. That's pretty incredible! I've recruited family members to use them as well and they are very satisfied as well. Thanks to Ray and all of his workers for making this mom of 5's life a little easier! I would highly recommend Ray for any business or personal work that one would need.
