  Dan and his whole team were wonderful to work with. They were always available for any questions I had, whether through email or phone. They were very patient and thorough in their explanations of how the process worked, as we were first-time homebuyers. They made the process very smooth and easy.   I have used Dan Rogers and his team of professionals many times over the last twenty years. My first refinance from Dan was through a recommendation from a friend around 2000. Since then I have used Guaranteed Rate exclusively, wholly because of Dan and his team. Every aspect of my recent loan was handled incredibly well, I was kept informed constantly of the process, and the requirements expected of me, in a timely manner. My experienced realtor also commented on the way everything was professionally handled. I would never consider using a different lender, have recommended Dan to others, and will continue to do so indefinitely. Thank you Dennis, Linda, Nicolette, Jeff, Eric and Matt.   Dan and his team were great during our process of buying a home. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and were not sure where to go for a mortgage. With all of the different lenders out there promising the best service and best rates, we reached out to Dan’s team and were impressed right from the start. They were extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of having our new home purchase funded at the time of closing. Also, loved the fact that they were not overly aggressive in offering additional services. Quicken was constantly calling us when we first began this process which was extremely offputting. Dan’s team made sure to focus on us and exactly what we needed. They were clear with their directions for us and made this process as smooth as possible. We even went out of our way to go through Dan and his team (we live in St. Charles). Overall, they made for a painless experience and helped us through every step of this process. We couldn’t be more grateful for such a thorough and efficient team.

  Guaranteed Rate is simply amazing! I loved working with Dan Rogers and his team because they were just soooooo patient with me! I was a first time home buyer knowing absolutely NOTHING about real estate or purchasing a home and they walked me through everything while explaining each minor detail with ease. They all made me feel so comfy and reassured me that no question was a dumb question lol Dan and his team were available literally day or night! I could email or call and if they weren’t available (which was very rare) someone would get back to me in minutes. I never felt so comfortable in a situation. And everything went smooth without one hitch! They really heard my concerns and worries and worked hard to get what I needed which was a low mortgage and rate and for me to bring as less as possible to to closing...AND THEY DID JUST THAT! When I met Dan on my closing day, he was just as sweet and polite as the times I’ve interacted with him on the phone and emails. And he brought me the sweetest closing gift which I use in my new home all the time 😊 My son and I thank you guys so much for making my dream come true and helping me to become more stable in my life. I couldn’t have done it without you!!
