  I had one of the worst experience with these guys. Listening to them on a radio and for the 20% discount they are offering, I called them up and they gave me one rate and after submitting the documents, they insisted on 35% higher rate. Very unprofessional. They haven't submitted my documents to IRS for 5 months, but they claim they did it through postal and USPS may have missed it. I had to submit them after 5 months. They behave like they are not responsible after taking the money in their hands. Because of these guys I filed my taxes 5months late and received returns 5 months late.

  Just do yourself a favour and avoid this place. I did the mistake visiting this place without checking the reviews. This guy is known to be a doing a pathetic job. Don't get fooled by the discounts that he offers. He just makes up the charges as he likes. I asked him to explain him the $550 he is charging me for the filing and he just kept adding around $ 75 to $100 until he reached $550 pausing every 2 seconds counting the total. Finally i asked him for the 20% discount that he was offering and then he immediately added another $100 for child tax credit and said that was the 20 % discount he is offering.

  Hi, As an Indian and from the same state I went to Ravi taxes hoping it would help. I didnt want to post review without comparing with others. So this year i moved to another Tax preparation service and felt i have done the BEST thing by moving away from Ravi Taxes. Last year was my first time filing taxes in US and i ended up in RAVI tax. I had problem through out. Even now my amended taxes (Situation should not have gone to this as because of the mistake in a form ITIN for my wife was rejected twice.) are not credited. I would say if the team at Ravi taxes improve on listening to the customer and understand before acting , it would change the situation.

  One of the worst service. Ravi treats his customers badly. When I asked for some good advice, he dismissed it. He is organized, I can give him that. He rushes through the process and I got a RFI. He charged me again for the RFI.

  Ravi is very knowledgeable and he knows what best for the customer. I am a happy customer for the last 8yrs and i recommend him to anyone/anyday.

  Disgusting service, wrong tax estimates and declined to take responsibility on an audit. Save your money and time..n energy!

  "Tooooo much delay in process.. No updates , No one responds you until you call them,rescheduled my appointment 2 times with out notifying me , I thought of giving -ve stars but I don't have option here"

  This is the worst services i have ever seen...rating should be even below 0 if we can..Please don't go for it..It is better to file by yourself and loose some money instead of going through them..I once again suggest please don't for it
