  As first time homebuyers who knew nothing about the market or how things worked, Gabriel was our shinning star that guided us through everything! It took a few months but he never gave up on us, was always a text or phone call away and explained everything even when I asked about it 5x before. He did everything he could to get our family into our first home. We really appreciate him and his entire team, Christian & Nicolas and recommend them to anyone.   I highly recommend Christian and his team. Although we were 1,500 miles away and could not be there for any part of the process, he assured me that they would do everything they could to make it happen. In less than 30 days, we now have a place to call our own. Thank you for answering all my texts, emails and calls throughout the entire process and for being patient with me. We appreciates all the hard work put into this. You and your team were awesome and got it done. The rates were amazing too!! Thank you!!

  I love the fact that I basically never have to call to see where we are in the loan process because I am informed of everything single phase. Once one step of the process is completed, not only am I notified, but I am told what the next step will be. I also love Christian Maura's personality in his communication through emails, he is hilarious, and he makes this process less nerve wrecking.

  This is NIcole YCaza. I was referred to mr. Luis Felipe by my uncle who mentioned that his refinance was done in less of a month. At the beginning, i didn't believe him because i was trying to do a refinance with a prior real estate that did not go through. So i called don Luis who very kindly said that he will assist me with the process. To my surprise the refinance went through in three weeks with excellent interest rate. Don LuiS, Jennifer and Evelyn excel in their work, keeping me informed of every step of the process. I am so happy that i listened to my uncle and i contacted RAte LEaf.   I really enjoyed working with RateLeaf on my refinance. They found the best rate, had easy upload form system, they explained all my questions and made it every easy. Keep in mind you will need to have all your docs ready to have a speedy process. It look about 1.5 months total to close. They also helped looked for lower insurance. Stan and Cristian were great.
