This bank is horrible. It has been this way for years so they don’t care even though someone will respond to this and invite me to contact their social media team. FIX YOUR BANK! Long lines outside ALL THE TIME standing in the searing Miami heat. NO CONCERN for customers. TWO TELLERS even during the busiest hours and other employees milling around DOING NOTHING. BOA Should not be in the retail banking business if this is how little they care about it. Somebody needs to shut this bank down and overhaul it completely. It is the worst experience in banking and customer service. A note for those of you who come in here trying to cash your payroll checks without an account. OPEN AN ACCOUNT! Don’t expect customers to wait for your selfishness and don’t stand there and argue with the teller when you are denied. Grow a brain and open an account if you want to come in here and cash your check

The worst. It’s like being in a Third World country. It’s slow, chaotic and the people of the neighborhood that go there are rude and unprepared… It’s always crowded. I’m very unpleasant experience

Worst Bank of America I’ve ever been too. Only two tellers and they are slow. Tellers shouldn’t be helping with online banking while there’s a line hanging out the door. Absolutely ridiculous !!

      Response from the owner

What has happened to this bank! It was not so bad before! I went because I needed help and the officer Eunice Bruno put me on the phone holding for the help, while she went on to talking w/ Paul the manager, there were no customers in the bank, If I wanted that kind of help I could've done that from home. She was late coming back from lunch and she even seem upset that I made it to the appointment. This bank needs a complete overhaul in customer service. So different from when I go to Bank of America in Ponce de Leon. Personnel there is great, they go out of their way to help you and make sure you leave with a good experience. I left this bank with the same two problems I came at 12:20pm Finally left at 2pm tired of waiting in an empty booth by myself on the phone. Horrible experience. 😓

Worse Customer Service If I could give them negative 5 Stars I would, They are so overly suspicious and its like they never seen wealthy black people. Even my own mother refuse to go to that bank, the Asian teller gave me such a hard time trying to deposit my settlement check as if the check wasn't good but at the end of the day that whole bank environment and people that work their are disgusting and stereotyping.

Great thank. Great customer service. No drive-thru. They used to be. Wheelchair access. Disability parking. Lots of parking lot. They're very helpful. To serve in your banking needs. Safety deposit boxes. Plenty of ATM machines. Strong police presence. There are many open Windows. They usually is aligned. Go with patients. The cashiers work very quickly. There is a large customer care apartment on both sides of the bank. Many employees to accommodate you.

Huge bank. A lot of staff. 2 customer greeters/bankers and a door greeter. Another banker just walking around. 1 person at teller. 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. 0% care about wait time. 100% untrained staff. What’s everyone getting paid to do?

I had an appointment last week ,but when me and my spouse got there this lady told us their system was down,so why is book your appointment online ks still availa6 if u guys are not seeing no customers... I know we going through difficult time right now but there is certain thing the online app dont allow you oo. It requested you to see someone. I prefer doing things online ,but this time I had no choice. I agree with some of the reviews about the long line and not enough teller. This location needs to do better.

Bring a book to read it’s always a long wait no matter what time or day. Steer clear around the first of the month. 2 or 3 tellers and 60+ people backed up on line. They don’t care about the line or the service here. Other employees milling around with hands in pockets instead of helping to work the long line. Most poorly managed bank I’ve ever dealt with.
