  Jim has been an absolute pleasure to work with over the years. As a first time home buyer a few years ago, he made it a very easy process to purchase our home. He was more than patient with me as we took almost a year and a half to find the right house and never made me feel rushed. I also recently used him for a refinance as well and also made that a very seamless process. Jim was extremely professional and courteous with my wife and I. I have passed his name onto family and friends without hesitation and they too have had great experiences. I highly recommend his services if you are in the market for a home or refinancing your current home. 10/10 would recommend.

  Mr. McCall is most professional. He follows through all details with clear and concise explanations providing accurate timeframes for each step. He describes all options and scenarios obviously understanding this business on a personal level. He is always available and responds rapidly to all questions and concerns.
