  Ruth and Sam and their team were absolutely first rate! They repeatedly went above and beyond, taking calls early and late and advising me on how to resolve all the little bumps that came along before closing. I mostly worked with Ruth, who is incredibly professional and really knows her stuff. I didn't work much with Sam, but when I needed something urgently and was out of town, he went out of his way to pick up that document for me. Talk about service! Keller Williams is known for high quality, and indeed it was a great experience with Sam and Ruth from beginning to end.

  Such a great team! Sam and Ruth and their whole team all were incredibly friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the whole purchase process. Together with BestWay Mortgage we managed to close in less than 30 days. Even after closing and on a holiday weekend, Ruth helped answer our late night question of how to get the dishwasher working. 11/10 id gladly work with Ruth and Sam again and again

  From outer first meeting with Ruth and Sam through the closing, they were there to support us every step of the way. They helped us prepare our home for listing, sent is a fabulous photographer to help market our home prior to listing it. Once our listing went live on a Thursday, our house was shown 4 times and on Monday we received a good offer. After a little negotiation, we had a signed contract in less than a week. Their team in the office, particularly Madison, were always available to answer any questions and all were responsive to us every step of the way right through to closing. In about 6 weeks from hiring Ruth and Sam, we were in our new home. We can recommend them for any of your real estate needs as they helped us fin and buy our new home at the same time as selling our previous home. We couldn’t be happier.

  Ruth and Sam became much more than realtors to our family.   Sam and Ruth are very knowledgeable and helpful. They came and made some recommendations on improvements and staging to our home. Their suggestions were spot on! Our home received multiple offers and sold for above listing price just as they had predicted if I was to follow their instruction. They were helpful in allowing us to move on with our lives.   Sam is a very professional. He always responds quickly. As he promised he would find an offer within 15 days, I could not believe at the beginning but he found my house offer within one day. Before he placed my house in market he did lots of homework and he was sure i would get an offer. I get offer quickly which worked very well from his entire team work and of course Sam. His team is amazing and all Have very good skill in marketing in internet. I am impressed with this team.

  It was a stroke of luck that I found Brett Sergi of The Ruth and Sam Ratner to help us find and to buy our dream house. Besides his knowledge and vast experience, I found him to be honest, extremely diligent and to have extraordinary patience. Every problem we encountered with our purchase, Brett was able to solve. His honesty and guidance was invaluable and he helped us to stay focused in spite of our many challenges with the buying process. Even though our purchase was difficult and not an expensive one and his commission amount was very low, he treated us like we were a million dollar buyer.   We call to get more info about a home for sale in Cheshire Ct. Our call went to VM. Tks for calling ..blah blah blah.you can also call my cell phone @ 123456789, so we called the cell phone number. A rude woman answers the phone "How important is it ?" We thought we dialed the number wrong. "Is this Ct properties ?" My wife asked. RUTH :"Yes it is ..you called me three times ...i am in a meeting !" How the heck are we suppose to know you are in a meeting ? All i want is to pay cash for this home , ours is sold and we are anxious to buy our new home. Why answer your phone ..especially if you going to be rude ? Yes , you are rude and unprofessional ! I will use the agent that sold my home ..should have called her in the first place .

  Ruth was so amazing. Very patient with me and never tried to steer me in the wrong direction. She really wanted me to find my perfect home, rather than just trying to make a sale. Highly recommended.
