  What I like about Randy's mortgage lender services was he actually seemed interested in my goals, even as the goals kept changing. As a multi-acre specialist he also had extra useful insight and contacts. Lastly, he always acted quickly so we could secure advantage whenever that was available.

  After years of trying to afford a home due to my complicated employment situation and my wife's complex debt situation from a previous marriage, Randy was able to make owning a home a reality. I talked to over 5 other loan officers and once they could tell it was going to be complicated they all gave up, not Randy! I can not stress how being able to qualify for a loan changed our lives. He helped us for over a year with finding the right loan. And even when there was a major issue before closing, Randy was able to make sure we were able to close on time! I can’t stress how important it is to have a loan officer that is on your side fighting for you to get your loan.
