Wow, what a shock to the system - as times have changed in the entire lending process. What we appreciated most is the creative way that you translated all of the the new federal regulations. Anyone who has been in the process of selling or buying a property post 2008 knows exactly what I am talking about.   i just have one thing to say about Rainbow Funding & Realty. they never bother me they just keep sending new sales. I have been looking for sometime now and took a break. Not once they called and harass me. they let me breath and i started looking again. If i had any question Adam was on it. he would find out everything that you need to know about the home. he would let you know if it was worth buying. he would not let you by it was not right. he makes sure that you get what you want and that you would be happy for the rest of your life.
