  Continuously horrible staffing. All the time. Doesnt matter when I come. Worse in the afternoon. Everyone disappears when they get busy. I asked for services due to my card being fraudulently used. Need an appointment. I asked to wait. We cant help you. This is seriously mismanaged completely! Embarrassing As a manager to see this. Horrible representation of customer service

  There were 20 miserable people backed up in line complaining about the lack of customer service - 1 hour wait and 1 teller window open (my transaction could not be done by ATM). I asked the manager if it was always like this, and sadly she said "yes". After 30+ years with BofA, it's time for a new banking institution.

  I have many accounts here and Love Juvi and the others that normally help the Bus. Services Line..... Today I went in and was told they did away with the Bus. Line? They are short handed as it is and the Business accounts do take more time. This is not far to both Bus Customers and non-Bus Customers. What is going on?!? Management Change again? The Service people at the desks are changing all the time .... Not good.

  I have lived just down the street for 48 years.......I recently noticed in driving by that the American flag on the poll on your cornor needs to be replaced. It is well worn, color faded and ragged. In this current, time of discouragement I think it could be an uplift to Newark people driving by. Thanks for your consideration. In my humble opinion, you are a 5 Star....operation,

  Need to wait in line outside for over 20 minutes and still outside waiting. There are over 10 customers waiting but it took over 10 minutes to move up one. Will not come to this branch again.

  Not sure why all the negative reviews, I had no issues (granted I was there on a Tuesday at 2 PM). Been to this location twice now, was greeted nicely at the door on both occasions. First visit was to exchange some bills, second visit was to replace a lost debit card. In-and-out quickly with no problems.

  I absolutely despise their customer service. Julia has to be the worse teller there. I will go out of my way to a different branch just so I dont have to deal with their rudeness and stuck up attitude. You work at a bank, chill out.

  If this BOA is that busy why do they only have 1 banker who says her schedule is all full? Whole day? Always the worst BOA I’ve been when in town.

  I will give them zero star if I can! I came here and the receptionist said it would be 30min wait, so I waited. After waited 20 min they told me I would need to wait an hour. Excuses me? This branch is always under staff..

  Waited in line for more than an hour to make a simple withdrawal. Once inside there was a separate line and only one teller. Very disappointing.
