  I knew mortgage financing rates were low, I always doubt what is posted on-line. Thus, I called Rafael Garcia and inquired with him on current rates. The rates he quoted me were acceptable to refinancing. Within a matter of hours he provided me with an estimate and kept me informed on rates during the week. We were able to keep an eye on rates throughout the week, once 2-1/8% was available for our refi we froze it and within 12 days we closed on our new 15 year mortgage. The process was easy, documents can be submitted digitally and emailed and you can review all documents and contact Rafael at your leisure. Very responsive and professional. Great transaction. I highly recommended his services. You will not regret working with Rafael. Thanks Rafa!

  First time home buyer here. Rafael did an amazing job guiding me through the process and always available to answer questions. He was able to beat the interest rate offered by another big bank lender I had looked at on my own and got me the better deal.   Choosing Rafael as my advisor was no brainer. Right from my first time meeting him he was very professional, friendly, and honest.
