Worst financial company to deal with, customer service is horrible. Some how Quorum removed my ACH to pay mortgage and now I owe them a fee to re-establish ACH. Let alone they made my account default on mortgage, which is effecting my credit! Do not get a mortgage through here!!!

I tried to contact them by phone, left a message and no answer so far. They don`t even inform of the working office hours in the automated message, neither in the website. The only thing I know is that they placed my debit card on hold without any explanation. What kind of service to their customers is this?
