  I had such a great experience working with Tanya and her team. They were able to refinance my loans in less than 3 weeks. They made this very complicated process easy for me and I was amazed to see how quickly they got them approved and financed. They helped me to save a lot of money. I worked with many lenders but Tanya is the best mortgage broker I have ever worked with.

I can confidently say that she did everything in her power to get me the best deal possible and made sure closing went smoothly. When she found out my attorney wasn’t able to attend the closing in person, she took it upon her self to attend the closing to ensure I was comfortable and not overwhelmed. I highly recommend her to any prospective buyers and am already working to get my sibling to use her when they start their home search.

  Tanya has been the most professional, helpful and lovely person we had to deal with in professional settings. We were very tight on time with the purchase of our home, as we sold our old house and couldn’t find a new one till 3 weeks of closing and moving out. We had no place to move to and found our new home in the nick of time. Big part of getting our offer excepted was a fact that we were able to get a mortgage in just under 3 weeks, which was hard to believe, but Tanya and her team made that happened.Tanya cares to deliver the best possible results and she succeeds.
