      Sandy from the member service department was incredible. Not only did she help me with what I need from the bank but she gave me the best advice on something's to help fix my credit and also advised me to a GREAT website that shows you how to improve/maintain your credit. She has a smile on her face the whole time even though the banked closed at 7pm and I was there last customer. As many know who worked retail or food services when someone comes in close to close they don't get the best of service. Sandy I will recommend anyone to you and I hope you are rewarded for your awesome customer service on a daily base.

      Jessica and Ellen were awesome! They worked really hard to get the refinance of my auto loan done in a fast and professional manner, at first when I applied the process seemed more trouble than it was worth, but after Jessica called me she explained she’d help me through every step! She saved me from not following through on my application to refi. Forever thankful for her and Ellen’s efforts in helping me get the loan

      My youngest sister, Sue, who is severely handicapped and developmentally delayed, went to this branch with her staff to make a withdrawal. This is not our usual credit union, but they had said they could do the withdrawal. They processed the paperwork, took her state ID, and then asked her for her social security number. Staff explained that she wouldn't know that. The teller, Katie, then asked my sister for her birthday. Sue ordered a burger, fries and diet Coke. Staff explained again that Sue couldn't answer that question, though the staff member could. After a long process, I called our credit union and asked for their help. A rep from our CU called the branch with me on the line and spoke with Katie, the teller. She was rude, corrected me every time I said "cash her check" instead of "withdrawal" and stated that she could not confirm her identity. When I said that this was a discriminatory process. she put her supervisor on the phone, who was still more rude. I explained, with a pleasant attitude, that Sue could not tell them her birthday, but I could. The account is in both our names. The woman said she was unable to help. I explained discrimination to her. Told her I'd be calling my lawyer and she said she'd get her supervisor. Her supervisor did not bother with hellos. She said, "I want to speak to the WCU rep." The rep answered that she was present, spelled her name, and said that yes, she would authorize the transaction. The supervisor never acknowledged that I was on the line. When she was finished she hung up. I will NEVER use this branch or any QCU again. If Sue could answer these types of questions she wouldn't have round the clock awake staff, or try to order a burger and fries at the bank. I was disappointed that in this day and age, they weren't at least polite.

      Not my credit union, but because they are a Co-op Shared Branch, then as long as I walk in with my check book and ID, I can do any banking that I need here. Very convenient! The few times I've been in, the tellers have given me great service.

      I went today at 1210 and both the drive thru and the building were closed. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. It says in both the website and the branch doors that their hours are 820am to 1230pm, so why has it been closed just after 12noon 3 times on a sat, extremely frustrating
