      This particular branch has treated me like family. Every time we have asked for something we have gotten it from R.Trust. They go out of there way to help and they truly care about their customers.

      I just waited 10 minutes to withdraw money out of one of my accounts today. Appear like they were two people working behind the counter but one of them was counting all of the money which you seem to frustrate myself and the other people in line. Then she made the genius comment of letting her fellow bank teller know that she is getting this out-of-the-way so they don't have to stay there one hour past when they close, I guess that's customer service today. If you're not going to take care of your customers just stay closed on a holiday weekend .
