  This company was great in the past but now I see their true colors. My most recent loan was originally due last year around the time COVID19 started to affect the economy. I wasnt able to pay due to this. My loan was less than a month past due and already they were trying to use intimidating tactics. Instead of professional contact, I got aggresive communication threatening legal action. Eventually, we agreed to a monthly payment plan. Everything was fine for a few months. Then without any notice they suddenly increased the monthly amount I agreed to. Then, they began taking payments twice a month instead of once a month. All without notice or mutual agreement....during a pandemic. The lack of professionalism and compassion is astounding. At this point I am truly appalled by quik check.

  Give it up to Liz +Matt!!! When I moved unexpectedly, I needed cash ASAP. They processed my application like 2 pros! Liz followed up when my pay date was incorrect. By checking and by Liz being a true boss as a lending representative, I'm all paid in full and will return in case of emergency anytime. I really appreciated my follow up with Liz and her manager tremendously. Give these folks a raise!

  Complete waste of time! I went in to get a small payday loan and was told I needed direct deposit income on my bank stub. I told the guy I did not have direct deposit but I put all my checks into my bank account and he said that was accepted. After I went to the bank and got the bank stubs he then tells me I absolutely have to have direct deposit. I have paystubs from work and regular deposits into my account. He was very rude always on his phone. I will never come back. I have never felt so disrespected!

We do require Direct Deposit into your bank account. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding, which could have come from either side. We strive to be friendly and helpful to everyone who enters through our office doors.
