  If I were able to give a zero I would. I have never dealt with such rude gentleman that I'm not sure why I even called them gentlemen. Anyways I had property stolen from me and pawned there w a police report and they refused to even look at the police report. They insisted on the police being there and of course that being the riskier area they had more pressing things and it took them hours to get there so then they insisted we leave or we were trespassing. I guess they are use to running their business off stolen merchandise and don't want to lose any money but that isn't my problem and they don't have to be rude!

  Don’t waste your time going here. Told me this ring was fake because their Neodymium magnet moved the ring. These types of magnets are super strong and of course they will pick up alloys mixed in 10k. Half the jewelry in there probably gets turned down because some idiot is using a neodymium magnet to test jewelry. I took it to 3 other shops and they all made me an offer without any issues. It was acid tested and tested on a machine at all the shops. So either these other shops equipment is faulty or this shop just has zero idea about precious metals My 3 year old kid could run this shop better.

  Horrible customer service. Brought tools in to get some extra cash and I didn't even get to the counter before I was told $3. He Did not even know what the tools were and Did not bother to look up them up not listen when I told them . Very eager to just get me out of the store. First and last time I'll be there.

  This place is amazing. The staff are friendly and inviting. They have great deals all the time and they work with any budget. I love this location the best because of the Manager Daniel, he really cares.
