  I have been a customer here for a year. Returning a few times during the last few months. Everyone has been professional, courteous and more than fair with their offers. During busy times, I have observed how they treated other customers and it has always been top notch. Based on my experiences with similar establishments, this is one of the best in Winston!

  As a new customer here, I was treated with genuine southern kindness. As a returning customer, I have experienced the same excellent service time and time again. They have the greatest selection of tools and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Lots to choose from, and great prices. I don't even go in any others anymore. The guys who work there are very nice and super funny. Definitely a place to shop.

  from the first time i entered the shop the employees have been great the don't take and cheat people they actual are willing to discuss with people .Doug for instance he helped me to pick out a ring i was working for Hardees at the time and on that kinda of a paycheck. the people who work hear they are fair people who stand by what they sell.(and those who have been leaving 1 stars meany of them i looked at there posts meany are giving 1 star votes to most pawn shops in the area so please take there statements with a grain of salt thank you)

  I agree, always leave it to Him, but I believe that you may have us confused with another shop. We have been in business for over 33 years and "NEVER" treat anyone differently no matter who they are. I feel like I waste my time responding to people who hide behind reviews instead of talking to the manager or owner about a problem. Hope you have enough courage to admit if your wrong.
