  Not many locations around. My old man has banked with them since 2003 and they still give us issues when it comes to cashing checks! As if being a loyal customer for over 16 years would mean something but apparently not... Because they put a hold on a $500 money order that I got from my father. They were going to put a hold on it for 10 business days but then my husband called in to speak with the higher ups to let them know how insulted he feels by the way they treated us. After all said and done they ended up releasing the funds the next day. You would think being a loyal customer of 16 years, never having your account overdrawn etc would mean something but clearly not! Putting a hold on $300-$500 is just ridiculous.

  Just a shout out about one of the tellers at the Tacoma branch.. "Faith Fay" is very curteous and always helpful.. She finds a solution or leads you to someone who can right away. Her sense of humor is well taken and received. She is awsome..✨✨✨✨

  The tellers are kind, helpful, willing to answer questions you have, I’ve been going there for more then 10 years best bank ever.

  Christmas Eve, go to get cash.... they only will give me 1000k because they are out of cash!!!! Fricking incompetency!!!! Deserve negative stars

  Thanks for your feedback.We did have a cash shortage at this particular branch today, due to members requesting larger withdrawals last week; and with the holiday, this week's cash delivery schedule is adjusted. We do try to prepare for the holidays when we know more cash will be needed, but requests were larger than usual at this location this year. This branch has been offering Money Orders at no charge and our other branch locations are available for withdrawals until 2pm today - we understand this didn't work for your situation, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
